Afterpay for Christmas

In last Fridays trade the payments company’s shares closed down almost 5.75% to $12.30.

This latest decline means that Afterpay Touch’s shares have fallen over 40% since peaking at $23.00 in August. Does this represent good value, or have investors irrationally overpriced this stock?

If you can tolerate volatility, then Afterpay Touch could be a great buy and hold investment based on its strong success entering into the U.S. market. Now with over 450,000 active users signed up to the service since May.

Therefore, with positive trends in Australia, and rapid expansion in the U.S, Afterpay Touch is sure to see growth over the long term.
